				The Trophy Bassmasters got a pleasant surprise when they traveled to Buckeye Lake. What was expected to be a very tough tournament with small catches produced some good creels. Boyd Downey had a very successful day as he brought in 4 fish that totaled 12.32lbs including the big bass at 4.23lbs. His catch overshadowed what would have been an outstanding catch in its in right by Bob Flowers. Flowers brought in the only 5 bass limit at 7.02lbs for 2nd place. Mark Dairy, who was Flowers boat partner, took 3rd place with 3 bass weighing 5.25lbs proving Flowers boat was in a very productive area. The 14 members tallied 19 bass and 35.06lbs during their 8 hour day. All were released alive.
